  DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!! The worst customer service!!! I bought a sofa set from here 4 years ago, and my cushion covers faded. I ordered covers in early November, I was told 5-6 week shipping as I needed them for Christmas... Then I was told 6-8 week shipping when I followed up in early December.. I was told in December they would be here by January. January, I was told they were held up because of "Chinese new year" which is NOT in January.. they said by the end of January I would receive my order... ON FEBRUARY 28th I receive an email saying the office received my cushions and they're being shipped to my house now and I would get tracking number.. great, so after my calling them out for lying, surely they will send my order promptly to try to make the customer happy... NOOOO! I still had to follow up a week later to ask where they were (it takes a few days, if that, to ship from them to my house) I was told they had to get shipping tracking, that took a day and 2 emails from me.. Well, 4 months later, I finally received my covers. guess when they shipped my covers? The day after I followed up... THIS BUSINESS IS POORLY RUN BY PPL WHO WILL ONLY LIE TO YOU AND TAKE NO OWNERSHIP IN THEIR LACK OF EFFICIENCY!
